Protonation reactions of the oxo complex cis-[Mo2(η5-C5H5)2(O)(μ-PPh2)2(CO)]. Hydroxo and tetrafluoroborate derivatives

►Protonation occurs at the oxo ligand to give a hydroxo complex. ►The hydroxo/oxohydride isomerization is an intermolecular process. ►A Mo2 tetrafluoroborate complex able to add up to three ligands has been isolated.
