Physicochemical assessment of Dextran-g-Poly (ɛ-caprolactone) micellar nanoaggregates as drug nanocarriers

- Micellar nanoaggregates by simple emulsion (W/O) in aqueous medium were prepared.
- Spherical morphologies for drug-free nanoaggregates were observed.
- The stability for drug-free nanoaggregates was greater than drug-loaded ones.
- A combination of both diffusion and eroding of polymer matrix was observed.
