Peptides from the Soft Coral-associated Fungus Simplicillium sp. SCSIO41209

An undescribed cyclodepsipeptide, three undescribed linear peptides, and an undescribed cyclic dipeptide (Sinulariapeptides A−E) with seven known peptides were isolated from the culture of the soft coral associated fungus Simplicillium sp. SCSIO41209. Four cyclodepsipeptides including sinulariapeptides A showed potent antifungal activity.220
