Hebecarposides A−K, antiproliferative lanostane-type triterpene glycosides from the leaves of Lyonia ovalifolia var. hebecarpa

Eleven previously undescribed lanostane-type triterpene glycosides, along with two known analogues were isolated from the leaves of Lyonia ovalifolia var. hebecarpa. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, HR-ESI-MS, chemical methods, and a Mo2(OAc)4−induced electronic circular dichroism method. All compounds were evaluated for their antiproliferative activities.156
