Highly oxygenated and structurally diverse diterpenoids from Euphorbia helioscopia

Twenty-two highly oxygenated and diverse diterpenoids, including 17 previously undescribed compounds, were isolated from Euphorbia helioscopia. Euphelionolides F and L exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against MCF-7 and PANC-1, while eupheliotriol B is the first example of natural occurring lathyrol with 12Z-ene.318
