												TOC explains about the steps involved in the synthesis of di-block copolymer (di-BCP) of [(BenzA)-b-(PCL)] and formation of micelles. Further, these micelles are acting as rearranging agent to gold nanoparticles and arranging them into hollow core-shell (hCS) morphology. The average size of AuNPs is ~18â¯nm (in diameter). The average core size is ~44â¯nm with shell size of ~26â¯nm. However, [(BenzA)-b-(PCL)-(AuNPs)] based hCS capsules were used as payload for anticancer drug doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX) for controlled release. Furthermore, these [(BenzA)-b-(PCL)-(AuNPs)] based hCS are appended and evidenced as best carrier capsules for nano-medicines with enhanced loading efficacy (~74%) and dosage based prolonged release kinetics.359
