Effects of deuterium implantation and subsequent electron irradiation on the microstructure of Fe-10Cr model alloy

► Fe-10 wt%Cr alloy with deuterium implantation have been investigated by using HVEM. ► The in situ observation showed that the growth and proliferation of dislocation loops. ► No distinct voids were observed at irradiation temperature up to 823 K. ► The migration energy (Em) of deuterium-vacancy complex was calculated. ► HRTEM image of dislocation loops due to deuterium ion implantation was achieved.
