Fiber-like stripe ATO (SnO2:Sb) nanostructured thin films grown by sol-gel method: Optical, topographical and electrical properties

- Optical properties of SnO2:Sb nano films are studied.
- A minimum resistivity was obtained for 10 mol% Sb.
- The wrinkle network arranged on the film surface is formed above 7 mol% of Sb.
- The band gap increases as the Sb content raises.
- The PL results show the quenching with increasing Sb content up to 10 mol%.
