Solvothermal synthesis and characterization of copper indium diselenide microflowers

CuInSe2 microflowers with platelet-like petals were synthesized via a facile solvothermal route without using any surfactant or template, and the band gap was calculated to be 1.04 eV according to the UV-vis absorption spectrum.
