Electrospun PVC/Fe3O4 composite nanofibers for microwave absorption applications

► Using the electrospinning method we prepared PVC/Fe3O4 composite nanofibers. ► The iron oxide nanoparticles are completely embedded in the PVC matrix. ► The transmission loss of PVC/Fe3O4 composites was found to be below − 15 dB. ► These materials can be used as electromagnetic radiation protection material.
