Surfactant effect on electrochemical behavior of Co-TiO2 nanocomposite coatings

► The effect of surfactant on nucleation behavior of Co-TiO2 coating was studied. ► The microstructure of deposited coatings was dependent upon the used surfactant. ► Coatings deposited from SDS showed higher corrosion resistance than CTAB ones.
