► Lithology plates of volcanic formation were established by log response characteristics. ► Formation true resistivity that eliminate influences of fractures and fluid property was constructed. ► The inversion of facture factors were divided into high, middle and low angle fracture. ► The difference-ratio value of structural resistivity can extract different fluid information.
