Zero-bias anomalies on Sr0.88La0.12CuO2 thin films

► Point-contact spectra obtained at the surface of superconducting films show zero bias anomalies. ► These zero-bias anomalies are quantitatively accounted for by fluctuating two-levels systems. ► The magnetic field dependence for some of these anomalies is likely due to a pair-breaking effect. ► Two-levels systems subject to the proximity effect of a superconductor should exhibit an enhanced relaxation rate.
