Skyrmion rows, vortex rows, and phase slip lines in sheared multi-component condensates

► Skyrmion rows and filled phase slip lines can be energetically preferred over vortex rows. ► The regime of interaction strength is found where skyrmion rows are formed. ► With strong interactions, larger shear velocities favour skyrmion rows over vortices.
