Formation of bound vortex-antivortex pairs and their depinning in mesoscopic cross-film cryotrons

► We model vortex structures in a superconducting strip near a current-carrying wire. ► Critical current of strip varies with oscillations as current of wire increases. ► Influence of geometrical parameters on critical current oscillations is discussed.
