Temperature dependence of magnetic-field angle dependent critical current density and the flux pinning in YBa2Cu3O7 thin films

► We measured angle-dependent Jc(H, θ, T) in YBCO films belonging to two categories. ► Their primary pinning centers are (1) nano-precipitates and (2) dislocations (//ab). ► They showed different Jc(H, θ, T) that is consistent with their pinning mechanisms.
