Higher order contributions to the weak ΛN→NN interaction in effective field theory

An effective field theory for the ΛN→NN weak decay is developed beyond O(q), where q is the transferred momentum. A leading order fit for the low energy constants is presented. Explicit expressions for the loop contributions are provided.
