Primary Radiation Therapy for Head-and-Neck Cancer in the Setting of Human Immunodeficiency Virus

Radiation therapy for head-and-neck cancer seems to be relatively well tolerated among appropriately selected patients with HIV. The observed rates of toxicity were comparable to historical controls without HIV.
