Inhibition of STAT3 and ErbB2 Suppresses Tumor Growth, Enhances Radiosensitivity, and Induces Mitochondria-Dependent Apoptosis in Glioma Cells

These results indicated that simultaneous inhibition of STAT3 and ErbB2 expression can promote potent antitumor activity and radiosensitizing activity in human glioma.
