Clinical evidences supporting the Src/c-Abl pathway as potential therapeutic target in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

- ALS lacks an effective modifying-disease treatment.
- Scr/c-ABL pathway has been suggested as a new therapy for ALS.
- We report 2 ALS patients in whose Src/c-ABL seemed to have a beneficial effect.
