CD38/ADP-ribosyl cyclase in the rat sublingual gland: Subcellular localization under resting and saliva-secreting conditions

► CD38 is highly expressed in the rat sublingual gland. ► We examined the intracellular localization of CD38 in this organ. ► CD38 was present both in the plasma and secretary granule membrane. ► Intracellular localization of CD38 altered upon saliva secretory stimulation.
