Minimally modified LDL upregulates endothelin type B receptors in rat coronary artery via ERK1/2 MAPK and NF-κB pathways

► Rat coronary artery was cultured in the present study. ► Minimally modified LDL upregulates ETB receptors in rat coronary artery. ► ERK and NF-κB inhibitors attenuate the upregulation. ► The upregulation occurs via ERK1/2 MAPK and NF-κB signal pathways.
