A novel dNTP-limited PCR and HRM assay to detect Williams-Beuren syndrome

The HRM assay we developed is an rapid, inexpensive, and highly accurate method for genotyping 7q11.23 deletion. It is potentially useful in the clinical diagnosis of WBS.
