Circulating soluble LR11/SorLA levels are highly increased and ameliorated by chemotherapy in acute leukemias

► LR11 is a molecule mostly expressing in monocytes. ► LR11 specifically expressed on the surface of leukemic cells in both AML and ALL. ► sLR11 levels of acute leukemia patients were significantly increased. ► Patients with AML and ALL in remission showed significantly decreased sLR11 levels. ► Circulating sLR11 may reflect the blast conditions in acute leukemias.
