Effect of gamma irradiation on rheological properties of polysaccharides exuded by A. fluccosus and A. gossypinus

► Gamma radiation of AGG and AFG caused significant modification in flow and viscoelastic properties. ► Color parameters changed after irradiation. ► SEM showed that non-irradiated and irradiated gums have irregular particle size but irradiation made the crystal surface of the gums softer.
