DSS-induced acute colitis in C57BL/6 mice is mitigated by sulforaphane pre-treatment

Our results indicate that pre-treating mice with SFN confers protection from DSS-induced colitis. These protective effects were corroborated macroscopically, microscopically and at the molecular level.
