Evaluation of microvascular angina with TIMI frame count using nitroprusside induced hyperemia

► Hyperemic TIMI frame count was a good indicator of microvascular dysfunction. ► Presence of slow coronary flow had a diagnostic value for microvascular angina. ► Frame count reserve was not an indicator of microvascular angina. ► High frame count reserve was closely related with the slow coronary flow.
