چکیده انگلیسی
Synthesis and characterization of a hybrid perovskite crystal (C2H5NH3)2CdCl4 (EACC) were reported. X-ray diffraction indicates that this compound crystallizes at room temperature in the orthorhombic system with Pnma space group. The values of the average crystallite size and strain were estimated to be about 87.8Â nm and (â3.50Â ÃÂ 10â4), respectively. On the other hand, UV-visible absorption measurements show that the optical absorbance is higher in the Ultraviolet domain. The optical band gap (Eg) is deduced to be 1.866Â eV. The dispersion parameters (E0 and Ed) of this compound were estimated using the Wemple-DiDomenico model. Optical parameters such as refractive index, the dielectric permittivity and conductivity were also determined. The electric measurements were carried out in the frequency range 5Â Hz-10Â MHz and under different bias voltages. The capacitance behavior as a function of frequency is explained by the interface states effect. The C-V curves show three regions of electronic charge distribution: (i) accumulation, (ii) depletion and (iii) inversion. The frequency dependence of the conductivity is interpreted in term of Jonscher's law. AC conductivity increases in the high frequency domain, which indicates a hopping conduction mechanism between localized sites.
