Platelet-rich plasma and fat grafting for the treatment of inferior alveolar nerve neuropathy: The first case report

We performed a fat grafting PRP on a 78-year- old cardiac edentulous patient, under local anesthesia, complaining of right inferior alveolar nerve neuralgia Complete resolution of symptoms was achieved at the 6 month follow up. PRP and fat grafting, an ambulatory operation that can be done under local anesthesia, might be alternative treatments to the more invasive procedures.
