Intraventricular tuberculoma: An unusual presentation of brain tuberculosis

- Intraventricular tuberculoma is an unusual site of presentation and it should be treated with great caution. Shunt surgery should be done prior to initiation of antitubercular drugs or should be reserved for the patients developing any signs of worsening of disease or development of hydrocephalus while on treatment.
