The “Propeller” incision for transpalatal advancement pharyngoplasty: A new approach to reduce post-operative oronasal fistulae

The propeller incision provides an anatomically sensible axial-based flap that provides adequate access to perform TPA. It is associated with a lower incidence of oronasal fistula and is recommended by the authors.
