Effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on auditory P300 in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS)

The severity of OSAS decreased and the parameters of P300 improved toward better results, but, not reaching the normal average. Finally, we concluded that the CPAP regular use in OSAS improves not only sleepiness but also it improves their cognitive ability.
