Abdominoplasty in prune belly syndrome: Modifications in Monfort technique to address variable patterns of abdominal wall weakness

The modified Monfort procedure recognizes the pattern of abdominal muscular deficiency unique to each patient and incorporates this information into the surgical design.661Figure.
