On approximate group homomorphisms

This paper refers to three stability problems for group homomorphisms posed by S. Ulam, P. Erdős and I. Farah. The main purpose of this work is to get rid of the assumption of the finiteness of groups used in the studies of I. Farah and B. Przebieracz.
