Caudal Anesthesia in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery: Does It Affect Outcome?

Conclusions: This retrospective study demonstrated that postinduction placement of caudal anesthesia does not affect PICU or hospital length of stay. A well-controlled prospective study is needed to confirm these findings.
