La práctica basada en la evidencia en la logopedia española: estudio descriptivo

In this work we sound out the knowledge and view 217 of speech-language pathologists all over Spain toward Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) as well as to analyze attitudes, main tools and information sources used in their therapeutical tasks. This is done by means of a questionnaire containing some issues of interest (e.g., age, higher level education, university connection, membership to any association/society of speech-language pathologists…) and various questions about attitudes, tools and barriers related to EBP. The results are classified in two sections: basic information and attitudes toward EBP, and sources, utilization and barriers to EBP. We want to come across the views of the speech-language pathologists all over Spain about acceptance and popularity of EBP, scientific documentation and use of research in his daily professional task.
