The physician specialised in nutrition should take them into account within the therapeutic project and all along the patient's management. This review describe, according to the main obese patients' profiles (typology), the conditions for an optimal adequation between hopes and expectations from both the patient and the physician, as well as the psychiatrist role within the therapeutic project and during the management period.
