Tumeurs peu fréquentes du tube digestif : aspects tomodensitométriques

Multidetector computed tomography (CT) is a recent improvement in abdomen imaging allowing acquisition of the entire abdomen within a single short breathhold and high-quality multiplannar reconstructions. Advanced techniques such as the small bowel water enteroclysis CT, and water enema CT, enable a targeted search of digestive tumors in selected patients. With these new techniques the discovery of unusual tumors of the digestive tract (unusual location and/or pathology), is an event of increasing prevalence. Our objective is to illustrate and to discuss the CT features of these tumors.
