Applications de l'imagerie T2 3D haute résolution en pathologie rachidienne et médullaire

3D high resolution T2 MR imaging is considered as a reference sequence for fine anatomical study of nerve roots, subarachnoid spaces and spinal cord vessels. This MR technique may replace many invasive angiographic and myelographic studies. 3D high resolution T2 MR imaging may be used for the diagnosis of nerve root tumors, dural fistula of the spinal cord, avulsion of the cervicobrachial plexus, spinal arachnoid cysts, congenital herniation of the spinal cord, sacral radicular cysts.
