Electromiografía cinesiológica

Kinesiologic EMG is used as control marker of CNS during different tasks. It makes it possible to determine normal muscular function during them and analyze pathological situations that are distant from this normality. Furthermore, when different activities are analyzed (occupational, work, sports, etc), it makes it possible to establish pertinent changes so that the gesture is more correct, with less injury possibility. EMG biofeedback techniques that make it possible to discriminate between ideal muscle behavior and that which is not, and thus try to change it, are important. Kinesiologic EMG is useful as evaluation before and after treatments (surgical, orthetic or prosthetic, drug or physical). Through EMG data, it is also aimed to know muscle force and detects fatigue grade.
