Fracturas pertrocantéreas: enclavado endomedular de Ender

We conclude that Ender intramedullary nailing is indicated in stable intertrochanteric fractures in patients with a high comorbidity and low functional demand. In such patients, functional results and survival are satisfactory and hospital costs are lower.
