Méningiome de l'enfant : un nouveau cas sans attache durale

We report a new case of aggressive meningioma without dural attachment occurring in a three-year-old girl. We emphasize the rarity of meningiomas in children and the absence of the female predominance associated whit meningioma in adults and we describe their pathological and radiological features.
