A comparison of two strategies to modify the hydroxylation of condensed tannin polymers in Lotus corniculatus L.

Analysis of transgenic Lotus lines expressing sense DFR and F3′5′H genes showed enhanced levels of condensed tannin polymers. Polymer hydroxylation was not substantially altered using either of these genetic interventions.
