Generalized Cesà ro vector-valued sequence space and matrix transformations

In this paper we define the generalized Cesàro sequence space Ces(X, p, q) and determine its β-dual. Further we characterize the matrices which transform the space Ces(X, p, q) into the real sequence spaces l(q), l∞(q), M∞(q) and l∞̲(q).
