Algorithmic analysis of a multiserver markovian queue with primary and secondary services

The secondary customers leave the system either as satisfied or unsatisfied with their services. In this paper, we perform the steady state analysis of the model and also study the algorithmic aspects of this queueing model including an optimization problem.
