Laser-induced properties modification of CdTe:Cl and (Cd, Hg)Te: Computer simulation and experimental investigation

The results of theoretical and experimental investigations dedicated to laser processing control of the semiconductor crystals: CdTe:Cl, (Cd, Hg)Te are presented in this paper. The millisecond pulses of ruby laser were used. It is offered the mathematical model with steady-state equation of the laser heating process.
