Proton radioactivity and the proton drip line

Proton radioactivity from deformed drip-line nuclei is discussed. It is shown that all experimental data currently available on decay from ground and isomeric states, and fine structure of odd-even and odd-odd nuclei, can be interpreted within a consistent theoretical approach, the non-adiabatic quasi-particle model.
