Neutrinos and Z-bursts

In this talk I review Z-burst mechanism in which ultra-high energy neutrinos produce cosmic rays via interactions with relic neutrinos. This scenario is practically ruled out if cosmological limits on neutrino mass and clustering apply in combination with recent limits on ultra-high energy neutrino flux by GLUE and FORTE experiments.
