Sequentially releasing dual-drug-loaded PLGA-casein core/shell nanomedicine: Design, synthesis, biocompatibility and pharmacokinetics

Nanoencapsulation of hydrophilic EGCG and hydrophobic Ptx within PLGA-Casein core/shell nanocarrier provided enhanced pharmacokinetics of the dual drugs in addition to their sustained and sequencial delivery in vivo.
