Multi-nucleation and vectorial folding pathways of large helix protein

► We simulate the folding of a helical protein with 145 amino acids by UNRES model. ► We observe a multi-nucleus folding pathway starting at two ends and middle of chain. ► This protein also has a vectorial folding pathway starting from the C-terminal part. ► All three-helix subunit of this repeat helical protein are foldable computationally.
